|  When we decided to stop renting apartments and buy our first home, we didn't exactly know where to start. Fortunately for us, Susan Cook and her excellent team came into our lives at the right time to help us.
We were guided through the process and educated about the right approaches to take in order to find the right home in our price range. Although houses in our range were competitively sought after and didn't come up very frequently in the location we were looking to relocate to, Susan's "drip" of new listings constantly updated us about what was new on the market in those key areas and in our price range. The information was always correct. It was an extremely valuable tool.
The home buying process with Susan and her team was very comprehensive and smooth overall. Her advice was always well given and appreciated. Adapting to the current housing market, Susan guided us through several strategies that led us into our new home. Her experience and education about various aspects of the real estate world allowed her to help us through varied situations and circumstances. She aligned herself, and us, with the best lenders and experts to accomplish specific strategies. No matter what type of sale a house could have been, from short sale and bank-owned properties to regular sales or immediate remodels, we had it all covered. It was great to not have to limit our search.
One of the best parts of this buying process was that Susan made herself available for us. With the busy lives we all lead, it was such a relief to work with Susan and her team. Never throughout the process did we lose communication despite vacations or business trips we took. And when we were not traveling, If we found a home we wanted to view we would simply email or call Susan and often we were able to go see the property within a few hours. She was extremely accommodating to our needs and always with a smile. Susan even adopted a computer software which allowed us to remotely sign contracts over the internet without leaving our home or work! It saved us a lot of time and travel to and from her office and was a true blessing!
